About the Facilitator:

Dr. Irina Doering (she, her, hers) is an instructor within the BCOM and MBA programs at UNBC and the Faculty Coordinator for the Post-Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) at CNC. Irina sits on the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Committee of the Canadian Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and locally she sits on the Advisory Committee on Accessibility and Inclusion with the City of Prince George. As a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) Irina is an ongoing contributor to the National Knowledge Exam Panel for CPHR Canada. Irina is also an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Diversity Coach, and is a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional through the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion.

Irina received her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Adler University and her research interests include employee engagement and well-being, specifically psychological availability and psychological safety. In practice, Irina offers coaching and consulting services to individuals and organizations focused on personal and professional development; common themes are navigating relationships whether personal (partner, child, or other) or professional (employees, supervisors, clients and customers).
