How long is the ThreeSixty program?
The initial engagement is 6 months, with the option to extend on a quarterly basis. Founders can scale up or down based on what they need — the entire experience is designed to be customized and adaptive to your stage and goals.

The average monthly commitment is:

Who are the Executives-in-Residence and advisors I’ll work with?
Can I choose my mentor or bring in my own experts?
Yes, where possible. We welcome your input and accommodate preferences when we can. If you’re already working with a coach, advisor, or fractional leader, ThreeSixty can support and structure those relationships, not replace them.
Will the information I share be kept confidential?
Absolutely. All advisors, EiRs, and Northern Innovation Network team members are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. You can speak freely, strategize openly, and build trusted relationships.
Is the program virtual, in person, or hybrid?
It’s hybrid. Depending on your location and mentor preferences, sessions can be conducted in person or virtually. We’re flexible and founder-first.
Can I connect with other founders?
Yes. You’ll have access to curated peer groups, roundtables, and community events throughout the program. Many participants build lasting founder-to-founder relationships through these touchpoints.
